Terms & Conditions Evolution 4

Use of the platform Evolution 4 is fully subject to these Terms and Conditions. By clicking the "Register" button, logging into your account, or using any part of our platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted all stated terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform Evolution 4. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use after such notice is issued constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the platform Evolution 4, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia.
• Hold a valid national identity card or passport as proof of identity.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or list of individuals barred from gambling activities.
• Not be acting as a representative, agent, or trustee for any third party while playing.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Evolution 4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If it is found that a member registered using false information or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

Each player is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the platform Evolution 4. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• A valid national identity card number (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Evolution 4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact our support team immediately.

Platform Evolution 4 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All bonuses and promotions offered by Evolution 4 subject to the specific terms set for each offer. These include wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions, which may vary from one promotion to another.

• 100% welcome bonus up to RM 500 available exclusively for new members' first deposit.
• The bonus wagering requirement is 15x (total deposit + bonus) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Each member is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• Games played using bonus funds may have separate maximum wagering limits.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes.

• Collusion between players to cheat in table games or Live Casino.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location while playing.
• Filing unauthorized chargebacks through a payment provider.

Evolution 4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Termination requested by the member themselves.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days following identity verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Evolution 4 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
